3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in INR (₹).

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Knowledge Growth reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery:

  • Maharashtra: 2–5 business days
  • Other States: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather conditions, or remote area delivery.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver quality books and packaging.

Returns Accepted Only If:

  • Wrong book delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing pages or manufacturing defects

Return Request Time: Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with Order ID, Product photos, and Unboxing proof (if possible).

Non-Returnable Situations: Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind, used books, slight cover design variations, minor packaging damage, or digital/downloadable products.

Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or store credit (if applicable).

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logo, images, text, graphics, branding, and product descriptions belongs to Knowledge Growth and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to use the website for illegal activities, attempt hacking or unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or misuse payment systems. Violation may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Knowledge Growth shall not be held responsible for courier delays, temporary website downtime, publisher printing errors, or indirect losses caused by use of the website. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.
